Pardee Park - Palo Alto

Pardee Park located at Center Drive and Channing Avenue is a 9.6 acre park making it the second largest neighborhood park in Palo Alto. Two separate children's play areas, a skating rink, both level and mounding grass areas, a picnic area and a community garden are at the park. The park is named after the daughter, who died at the age of 15, of Emily Eliot Pardee Karns Dixon who donated her 10 acre property and house to the city of Palo Alto in 1920 so that a park could be created in her daughter's memory.
