How I Can Help You Buy or Sell Real Estate:
Welcome! I provide information about real estate in Silicon Valley. You will learn about homes for sale, recent real estate sales (Mar. 2012), closing costs for buyers and sellers, how to get your home ready to sell, school information, and useful facts about local cities.
"I believe honesty, integrity, hard work, commitment and creativity are all necessary to craft a truly successful real estate transaction. I bring passion for my work to every transaction."
I was recently (Jan 2012) asked to provide a short inspirational speech to a local association of realtors. My speech covered early events in my life which highlighted my motivation to excel as a realtor. It was well received and hopefully provided encouragement to others.
I am regularly asked if there are any foreclosures for sale. I have created city(zip code) searches for foreclosures, short sales, and REO properties.
If you just want to take a quick look at homes recently offered for sale in various bay area cities, please visit my real estate for sale pages.
Ridiculous Competition
For months someone has been impersonating my previous clients and posting negative reviews. He even impersonated my family member whom I helped to buy a house. He impersonated my seller, whose sale didn't close escrow because the buyer's loan failed. That seller hired me again to sell his home. If you want to get the kind of real estate deal another agent is envious of, call Juliana 650-857-1000. If a competitor will impersonate my clients, what will he do to you? Call Juliana and get the help of an agent with over twenty five years of experience and who is climbing upwards from the top 3 nationwide position.
Real Estate Statistics
Perhaps even more than before, county wide statistics can not accurately portray a neighborhood or even a city. I've expanded my statistics to provide more information and to cover more cities.
Prices are slowly trending upward since the big drop in 2008. Please visit my real estate statistics page to see a summary for most bay area cities. The spring quarter of 2011 felt particularly positive at open houses. The strength did not carry through for the year. The winter quarter of 2011-2012 shows a sharp upward spike in home prices for Palo Alto, Mountain View, and Los Altos. The number of home sales completed in April 2012 was very low, which is to be expected because the number of houses for sale has been very low for several months.
Average Price of Homes Sold in San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties Each Quarter from 1998 through Q1 2012
A quick approximate view of San Francisco peninsula real estate price trends can be obtained by looking at the Santa Clara county real estate market. The highest average price of approximately $1,252,416 for San Mateo single family homes, was recorded for Q1 of 2008. After hitting the lowest point in Q1 of 2009, prices rebounded and have slowly increased through quarter 3 of 2010, with a slight decrease in quarter 4. There was a slight bump upward in prices early in 2011 but prices basically remained constant. More detailed statistics are posted for many SF Peninsula and Silicon Valley cities.
What Do my Real Estate Clients Say?
Knowing that I can make a difference in people's lives is very strong motivation. I've posted letters of recommendation from people whom I've helped to buy and sell real estate.
